What clothing sizes are offered?

Our clothing is available in size small to 3x in select styles. If you are unsure of which size is best for you, we offer a Size Guide here. (insert link to size guide)

 

When do items restock?

We welcome restock requests and will strive to reorder requested items if they are available. We unfortunately are not able to promise a restock of any specific item as it is based on vendor availability.

 

What is your return policy?

Items that are not Final Sale are available for returns. If you find that an item you purchased was not to your satisfaction and would like to know how to return it, please visit our Returns page here.

Can I try clothes on?

I have a problem with my order. What can I do?

You may contact us if you have any questions about your order. We will be sure to send a prompt response within 24 hours or our next business day. Send a message here.

 

What online payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards!

 

Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

All orders may be altered or canceled while being processed. Orders that have shipped are not available for order cancellations and will need to be continued through our returns process. Learn how to start a Return here.

 

How do I check my order status?

You will be sent a confirmation email once your order is placed and another once your order has shipped. If you are looking to track your order, a tracking number will be issued to each order and can be checked via the USPS website here.

 

How does shipping work?

  • All ordered are shipped via USPS and provided with a tracking number. 
  • Shipping is currently only available for customers within the U.S.
  • Free Shipping is only available for purchases $100.00 or over.

 

I purchased a Gift Card in-store. Can I use it on the boutique website?

Gift cards are only available for use in-store at this time.
